Our Warranty
~Our promise to our customers~
Baldur Systems Corporation warrants that goods shall conform to current specifications. For the sole purpose of bringing our eligible customers within Section 303 (c) (2') of the Food and Drug Act, Baldur Systems Corporation further warrants that goods shipped hereunder at the time of shipment are not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of said act. There are no warranties which extend beyond those represented on the face thereof.
In the case of defective merchandise or merchandise shipped due to Baldur Systems Corporation's error, Baldur Systems Corporation will be responsible for all freight and expense incurred in return of product. Baldur Systems Corporation must be contacted prior to return of product. No returns will be accepted without an accompanying "Approval to Return Product" number / form from Baldur Systems Corporation.
